Payments are processed directly by the relevant marketplace and\/or payment providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">API Credentials &amp; Access Tokens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To connect a store, the Application may store API credentials and\/or access tokens issued by the connected platform. These credentials are used solely to perform requested integration functions such as syncing orders, products, inventory, and fulfillment or shipping updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access tokens stored by the Application are encrypted before being stored in the database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the store within the Application and\/or revoking access from within the relevant platform\u2019s account or app settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use of Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Collected data is used solely for legitimate operational purposes, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Viewing and managing orders across connected stores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal reporting and operational workflows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulfillment and shipping coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Application does&nbsp;<strong>not<\/strong>&nbsp;sell, rent, redistribute, or use connected platform data for advertising, profiling, or resale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Platform-Specific Data Use (Etsy)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etsy Integration &amp; Authorization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When an Etsy shop is connected, the Application accesses Etsy data&nbsp;<strong>only after explicit authorization via Etsy&#8217;s OAuth consent flow<\/strong>. By connecting your Etsy shop, you authorize the Application to access your Etsy shop data on your behalf in accordance with Etsy&#8217;s API Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etsy Data Accessed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you connect your Etsy shop, the Application may access and store the following types of Etsy data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Shop Information:<\/strong>\u00a0Shop name, shop ID, and basic shop settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Order Data:<\/strong>\u00a0Order details, order status, order dates, and transaction information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Buyer Information:<\/strong>\u00a0Buyer names, shipping addresses, email addresses (if provided by Etsy), and order messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Listing Data:<\/strong>\u00a0Product listings, titles, descriptions, prices, and inventory levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shipping Information:<\/strong>\u00a0Shipping carrier details, tracking numbers, and fulfillment status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use of Etsy Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Etsy data is used solely to support the shop owner&#8217;s operational needs, including order management, fulfillment, shipping coordination, and internal reporting related to that Etsy shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etsy data is&nbsp;<strong>not sold, shared, rented, or combined with external datasets<\/strong>&nbsp;for marketing, advertising, analytics beyond operational needs, profiling, or resale. Syncing stops when a store is disconnected.
